After thirty years of creation, planning and development, Jim Gibbs opened his Gardens to the public, in 2012. The gardens are located in Cherokee County, GA. about 35 miles North of Atlanta.
Jim has designed 24 ponds, 32 bridge crossings and 19 waterfalls. The numerous garden rooms are planted with hundreds of varieties of plants and are carved into pockets surrounded by acres of deciduous trees that provide spectacular Fall color.
The landscaped gardens cover 220 acres and contain the largest Japanese Garden in the US.
In Spring, 50 acres of Daffodil comes into bloom with 3.0+ million individual flower of 60 varieties - again the largest display in the United States.
